Who needs to have lab work done?

Most individuals that have been under stress for long periods of time or had reoccurring health problems over the years, should have lab work. In addition people that lab work is helpful for want to take a preventative approach to their health and find out what areas need to be addressed.

What are some basic lab tests to start with?

A good place to start is with the three following tests:

oxidative stress in the body. It measures the body's levels of lipid

             peroxides, sulfate, and indican.

they are adapting the stress in your life. It measures your levels of

              cortisol and DHEA.

   3) Blood Chemistry Profile

         a) This profile provides a comprehensive assessment of the body's
